Solihull's MP, Lorely Burt joined Solihull Childminders in a charity 'Toddle Waddle' last week to help raise money for disadvantaged children.
Around 50 children with their childminders took part in the event, staged at the Rose Garden in Shirley Park, in support of the Barnardo's charity. They skipped, cycled and toddled five times around the rose garden. Organisers Jane Farmer and Sally Stevens are hoping to beat last year's total of £350 in sponsorship for their efforts.
"It was great to see the youngsters out enjoying themselves to help raise money for such a worthwhile charity," said Lorely.
